Wandsteun B-TECH BTXPS27-W4X4/B voor 27 inch universele 4x4 dvLED-videowall

B-TECH BTXPS27-W4X4/B is a wall mount engineered to support a 4x4 array of 27-inch universal dvLED modules. The mounting solution is intended to provide stable support and accurate alignment for a 4 by 4 videowall made from 27-inch dvLED panels, helping to maintain seamless seams and correct panel orientation. The design facilitates secure attachment to a structural wall and provides access for routine panel maintenance and alignment adjustments.

Advantages

The mount offers a rigid structural frame sized specifically for a 4x4 configuration of 27-inch dvLED modules, enabling even load distribution across the videowall. It is designed for precise mechanical alignment of individual panels to preserve image continuity. The construction supports straightforward installation and provides integration points for service access, reducing time required for panel replacement or adjustment.

Suitable for

• Commercial digital signage installations using 27-inch dvLED modules
• Control room videowalls where consistent alignment and stability are required
• Indoor video displays in retail, corporate lobbies, and public areas
• Environments requiring modular panel replacement and routine maintenance

Key specifications

• Mount type: fixed wall mount for videowall panels
• Supported configuration: 4×4 array of 27-inch dvLED modules
• Primary function: structural support and alignment for dvLED panels
• Access: designed to allow front or rear service access depending on installation
• Material characteristics: rigid metal framework suitable for indoor installations

How to use

Install the mount onto a suitably rated structural wall following local building codes and the manufacturer's installation instructions. Position and secure the framework for the 4×4 layout, then attach individual 27-inch dvLED modules to the mount using the panel-specific attachment points to achieve precise alignment. Verify that the overall assembly is level and that panel seams are properly aligned before final tightening. Ensure cable routing and service clearances are maintained to allow future panel removal or servicing.

Recommendations

Confirm wall structure load capacity and use appropriate fixings for the substrate. Use qualified installers familiar with dvLED panel handling and large-format videowall alignment. Plan for service access and cable management during installation to simplify future maintenance.
