Wandtassen B4 MAILmedia 80011658 — documenthouder met papierrug voor B4-vellen

MAILmedia B4 paper back wall pockets are compact, wall-mounted document holders designed to store and display B4-size sheets. The pockets have a paper-backed construction that provides lightweight support and a clean presentation for documents, notices, forms or handouts. Intended for visible and accessible document organization, these wall pockets suit environments such as offices, reception areas, classrooms and workshops where quick access and tidy display of papers are required.

Advantages

The paper back provides a flat, supportive surface that prevents documents from sagging while keeping the overall weight low. These wall pockets are simple to mount and position, requiring minimal tools and wall space. Their B4 sizing accommodates standard B4 sheets without folding, ensuring printed materials remain legible and presentable. The open-top design allows fast insertion and retrieval of papers, supporting frequent updates and rotation of displayed information.

Suitable for

• Storing B4 forms, booklets and instruction sheets
• Displaying notices and schedules in offices and reception areas
• Organizing classroom handouts and student materials
• Sorting paperwork in workshops, warehouses or back offices

Key specifications

• Size compatibility: fits B4 sheets
• Construction: paper-backed pocket for lightweight support
• Mounting: wall-mounted design for vertical placement
• Opening: top-loading for quick insertion and removal
• Finish: plain surface suitable for labels or stickers

How to use

Choose a visible, accessible wall area and ensure the surface is appropriate for mounting. Mark fixing points using the pocket as a template, then attach with suitable wall anchors or screws for the wall material. Slide B4 documents into the open top of the pocket, aligning edges to keep papers straight. To change displayed documents, simply lift and slide the current contents out and insert new sheets. Regularly check that the mounting remains secure and that the paper back retains its shape under normal use.

Recommendations

For best results, mount the wall pocket at eye level in areas with moderate foot traffic to ensure documents are easily readable. Avoid placing the pocket in damp or humid environments to preserve the paper back; if exposed to moisture, replace promptly. Use labels on the front surface to identify contents and maintain an orderly rotation of materials to prevent overcrowding.
