Netwerkkabel Goobay CAT 6 patchkabel RJ-45 Cat6 2 m grijs

The Goobay CAT 6 Patch Cable is a 2 m network cable designed for reliable and high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. It features U/UTP construction to reduce interference and RJ-45 connectors with gold plating to ensure consistent contact and resistance to corrosion. The grey sheathing and robust build provide a practical, durable cable for everyday network connections.

Advantages

This CAT 6 patch cable supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T(X)) and offers stable transmission thanks to high-quality inner conductors and precise RJ-45 plugs. The U/UTP shielding minimises external interference while gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and long-term reliability. The 2 m length is suitable for typical desk or rack connections without excessive slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches in home networks
• Office workstations and local area network (LAN) patching
• Connecting network devices in server rooms or small cabinets

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port on your devices (for example, computer to router or switch). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power cables or large motors.

Recommendations

Use this Goobay CAT 6 patch cable for typical Gigabit network connections up to 2 m. For longer runs or environments with high electromagnetic interference, consider using shielded cables or higher category cabling (e.g., CAT6a) as appropriate.
