Wentronic Goobay CAT 6 patchkabel, U/UTP, grijs, 10 m - CCA koperlegering (68444)

The Goobay CAT 6 Patch Cable (10 m) is a grey U/UTP network cable with RJ-45 connectors at both ends and copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors. It is designed for reliable, high-speed signal transmission according to the Cat6 standard and is suitable for home and office network installations.

Advantages

The cable offers stable data transfer at high speeds thanks to precisely manufactured inner conductors and robust sheathing. U/UTP construction reduces interference compared to unshielded variants, and the RJ-45 plugs ensure a secure, compatible connection with standard networking equipment. The 10 m length provides flexibility for typical room-to-room or rack-to-device connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches in home networks
• Office workstation and local area network cabling
• Patch panel to switch connections in small server racks

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6
• Length: 10 m
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded overall, screened pairs not specified)
• Conductor type: copper-clad aluminium (CCA)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Grey
• Brand: GOOBAY, MPN: 68444, EAN: 4040849684449

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device (PC, switch, router) and the other connector into the corresponding port of the network equipment. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and areas of mechanical stress. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as large motors or unshielded power lines.

Recommendations

For installations requiring maximum copper conductivity or PoE delivery at higher power levels, consider using cables with solid copper conductors rather than CCA. Use this Cat6 CCA cable for general data and network patching where its specifications meet your performance and budget requirements.
