Wirewin PKW-PIMF-KAT6A 4.0 BL Cat6a S/FTP netwerkkabel, 4 m, blauw

High-speed 10 Gigabit Ethernet demands a cable that rejects interference and preserves signal integrity over longer runs. The Wirewin PKW-PIMF-KAT6A 4.0 BL answers that need with Cat6a S/FTP construction: an overall braid shield plus individual foil around each twisted pair (PIMF), virtually eliminating alien crosstalk and EMI in dense patch panels or data centers.

Who is it for

Network administrators, system integrators, and home users deploying 10GBASE-T links up to 4 meters where reliability and headroom matter. Ideal for connecting servers, switches, and high-performance workstations in electrically noisy environments.

Main features

• Cat6a performance: up to 10 Gbps and 500 MHz bandwidth
• S/FTP shielding: braided overall screen plus per-pair foil (PIMF) for maximum noise immunity
• RJ45 male connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts for low contact resistance
• Stranded copper conductors for flexibility and easy routing
• Blue PVC jacket for quick identification and durability
• Backward compatible with Cat6, Cat5e, and Cat5 networks

Specifications

• Length: 4 m
• Colour: Blue
• Shielding: S/FTP (S-STP)
• Conductor material: Copper
• Wiring standard: TIA/EIA-568B
• Connector type: RJ45 male to RJ45 male

Tips

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from power lines. The stranded construction makes it suitable for frequent re-patching, while the gold-plated contacts resist oxidation over time.
