Wirewin SLIM UL6 10 GR - Cat.6 SLIM-Light-patchkabel, U/UTP, 10 m, grijs (PKW-LIGHT-K6 10.0)

Running cables in tight spaces or behind furniture often means wrestling with thick, stiff Cat.6 cables that refuse to bend. The SLIM WIREWIN SLIM UL6 10 GR solves this with a slim, flexible design that delivers full Cat.6 performance without the bulk. At 10 metres, it reaches across rooms, through conduits, or along skirting boards while staying easy to route and hide.

Who is it for

Network installers, office IT staff, and home users who need a reliable gigabit link in cramped cable trays, patch panels, or behind desks. It is also ideal for anyone who wants a neat, low-profile cable run without sacrificing speed.

Main features

• Cat.6 U/UTP construction: unshielded twisted pairs for clean signal transmission up to 250 MHz.
• Slim-Light design: reduced outer diameter for easier bending and tighter bend radii than standard Cat.6.
• Gigabit ready: supports data rates up to 1 Gbps, fully backward compatible with Cat.5e and Cat.5 networks.
• RJ45 connectors on both ends: standard 8P8C male plugs, wired to TIA/EIA-568-B.2.
• Durable grey PVC jacket: flexible yet tough enough for daily use in offices and homes.
• 28 AWG stranded copper conductors: slim yet reliable for patch cord applications.

Tips

For best performance, avoid running this unshielded cable parallel to power lines for long distances. When pulling through conduits, use a cable lubricant and do not exceed a pulling tension of 25 lbs. The slim profile is perfect for high-density patch panels, but always leave a small service loop to relieve strain on the connectors.
