WLAN access point ENGENIUS ECW526 Cloud7 2x2x2 Wi‑Fi 2.4/5/6 GHz, 5800 Mbps, PoE, plafond-/tafel-/wandmontage

The EnGenius Cloud Managed Wi-Fi 7 2x2x2 Access Point ECW526 is a tri‑concurrent wireless access point supporting 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. It delivers aggregate throughput up to 9.5 Gbps with per‑band peak rates of up to 5,800 Mbps (6 GHz), 2,900 Mbps (5 GHz) and 700 Mbps (2.4 GHz). The unit includes a 10 GbE uplink, Power over Ethernet support and cloud management via the EnGenius Cloud To‑Go app for remote configuration and monitoring.

Advantages

The ECW526 implements 802.11be (Wi‑Fi 7) tri‑concurrent architecture while remaining backward compatible with previous Wi‑Fi standards. A 10G Ethernet port reduces uplink bottlenecks for high‑throughput deployments and the device supports WPA3 and WPA2‑AES authentication for enhanced security. Cloud management and Mesh Wireless support simplify large‑scale deployments, enable remote troubleshooting and allow unlimited APs to be managed from the EnGenius Cloud app.

Suitable for

• High‑density office spaces and meeting rooms
• Education campuses and lecture halls
• Hospitality environments such as hotels and conference centers
• Small to medium enterprise networks requiring centralized cloud management

How to use

Mount the access point according to site requirements and connect the 10 GbE port to your network switch or PoE injector. Power the device via PoE (802.3at or 60 W injector) and register it using the EnGenius Cloud To‑Go mobile app or the cloud portal. Use the quick‑scan registration and cloud provisioning to push configuration profiles, enable Mesh mode if needed, and monitor device health and client connections remotely.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, place access points to provide overlapping coverage without excessive co‑channel interference, enable WPA3 where client support exists, and connect the uplink to a 10G capable switch to avoid throughput bottlenecks in high‑density deployments.
