WLAN-adapter Baseus FastJoy 1800 Mbit/s zwart – dualband USB-netwerkadapter

Baseus FastJoy 1800Mbps WiFi adapter (black). The Baseus FastJoy WiFi adapter delivers combined wireless speeds up to 1800 Mbps across dual bands: 2.4 GHz (600 Mbps) and 5.8 GHz (1200 Mbps). It is designed for users who need a stable, high-speed connection for streaming, online gaming and general internet use. The adapter features two external adjustable 5 dBi antennas, a 1 m cable for flexible placement and a compact black housing with a blue status indicator.

Advantages

The adapter supports WiFi 6 and modern encryption protocols (WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, WPA/WPA2-PSK, 64/128 WEP), ensuring improved throughput, reduced latency and secure connections. MU‑MIMO and OFDMA technologies allow efficient simultaneous communication with multiple devices while CCA automatically selects the best channel to minimise interference. Low power consumption and TWT support further optimise network performance and energy efficiency.

How to use

Connect the adapter to your computer using the supplied cable and install the required drivers for Windows 10 or 11 if prompted. Position the adapter where the signal is strongest, adjusting the two external 5 dBi antennas to optimise reception. Choose the appropriate frequency band (2.4 GHz for wider coverage or 5.8 GHz for higher throughput) in your network settings. Use hotspot mode when you need to share a wired or wireless connection with other devices.

Recommendations

For best performance place the adapter away from large metal objects and other sources of interference, keep firmware and drivers updated, and select the 5.8 GHz band for bandwidth-intensive tasks while using 2.4 GHz for greater range.
