Zassenhaus handmatige broodzaag PURE crème

Unlike electric slicers that dominate the market, the Zassenhaus Manual Bread Slicer PURE in cream brings back the satisfying ritual of hand-cranking. Its powder-coated metal body and stainless steel serrated blade deliver clean, even slices of bread, sausage, or cheese without electricity—perfect for kitchens where counter space and power outlets are limited.

Highlights

• Manual crank operation with smooth-running gear drive for effortless slicing
• Stepless slice thickness adjustment from 1 to 18 mm for custom cuts
• 170 mm serrated stainless steel blade handles crusty bread and delicate cheese
• Suction feet keep the slicer stable on any worktop
• Retro cream finish with wooden handle adds vintage charm to your kitchen

In daily use

Place the slicer on a clean, dry surface and press down to engage the suction feet. Load your bread or other food onto the carriage, adjust the thickness dial to your preference, and turn the wooden-handled crank. The serrated blade glides through even tough crusts, while the finger guard and residual holder keep your hands safe. After use, the blade can be removed for thorough cleaning; wipe the body with a damp cloth. Note that the slicer is not dishwasher safe—manual cleaning is recommended to preserve the powder-coated finish.
