Zebra etiket polyester 102x51mm 12 rollen/doos MOQ 1 thermisch

In industrial and outdoor settings, standard paper labels quickly degrade when exposed to moisture, chemicals, abrasion, or temperature extremes, leading to unreadable barcodes and lost traceability. Zebra's 3013882-T polyester labels solve this by providing a durable, long-lasting identification solution that withstands harsh conditions without smearing or fading.

Who is it for

These labels are ideal for manufacturers, logistics providers, laboratories, and field service teams that require reliable asset tagging, product identification, or safety labeling in demanding environments. They are particularly suited for applications where labels must survive exposure to solvents, oils, UV light, or high temperatures, such as automotive, chemical, and outdoor equipment industries.

Main features

• Durable white polyester material with a matte finish resists water, chemicals, abrasion, UV rays, and temperatures from -40°C to 150°C.
• Permanent acrylic adhesive bonds strongly to a variety of surfaces including metal, plastic, and powder-coated materials, ensuring labels stay in place.
• Optimized for thermal transfer printing with wax/resin or resin ribbons, delivering crisp, high-contrast text and barcodes that remain legible over time.
• Convenient 102 x 51 mm size with a 76 mm core and 203 mm outer diameter fits standard industrial printers like Zebra ZT and Xi series.
• Each roll contains 2,500 labels; this box includes 12 rolls for a total of 30,000 labels, reducing reorder frequency.
• Slightly rounded corners prevent peeling and enhance label durability in high-contact applications.

Tips

For best results, pair these labels with a resin ribbon to maximize resistance to harsh chemicals and outdoor exposure. Ensure the printhead is clean and the ribbon is properly tensioned to achieve sharp barcode quality. Store unused labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
