Zelfklevende verzendenvelop MAILmedia 38330/7 C4 met venster

Self-adhesive mailing bag MAILmedia 38330/7 C4 with transparent window is a finished mailing envelope sized for C4 documents and flat items. The bag is designed to protect contents during transit while allowing a clear window for address labels or accompanying invoices. It uses a peel-and-seal adhesive strip to close quickly without tape or additional fasteners, making it suitable for routine office mailings and e-commerce shipments.

Advantages

The self-adhesive closure enables fast and secure sealing with consistent results. A transparent window positioned on the front side permits direct visibility of printed address information or invoices, reducing the need for additional labeling. The C4 format accommodates unfolded A4 documents and similarly sized flat items, while the lightweight construction helps control postage costs and simplifies handling in packing workflows.

Suitable for

• Shipping invoices, contracts and unfolded A4 documents
• E-commerce order packing for flat items or single documents
• Routine office correspondence and interdepartmental transfers
• Mailing that requires visible address or invoice through a clear window

Key specifications

• Format: C4, suitable for unfolded A4 documents
• Closure type: peel-and-seal self-adhesive strip
• Front feature: transparent window for address/invoice visibility
• Material: lightweight protective mailing material designed for transport
• Intended use: single-use mailing envelope for documents and flat items

How to use

Insert documents or flat items into the envelope so the address or invoice aligns with the transparent window. Remove the protective strip from the adhesive area, fold the flap down and press firmly along the closure to secure the seal. For added protection, ensure contents are centered and avoid overfilling the envelope beyond its intended capacity.

Recommendations

Store the mailing bags flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve adhesive performance. When sending items of higher value or bulkier goods, consider additional packaging or secondary padding. Verify that printed address data lines up with the window before sealing to avoid rework and ensure efficient mail handling.
