Zuignap ks tools eenhand-mini 8 kg Ø 70 mm – eenhandige mini-vacuümheffer

The ks tools Einhand-Mini suction cup with 8 kg load capacity and 70 mm diameter is a single-handed mini vacuum lifter intended for lifting, positioning and handling small panels, glass, tiles and household appliances on smooth non-porous surfaces. Compact and lightweight, it facilitates quick attachment and release with a single hand, making it suitable for DIY, workshop and installation tasks where a temporary secure grip is required.

Advantages

This single-handed mini vacuum lifter combines a compact design with an 8 kg rated load capacity and a 70 mm suction pad diameter, allowing rapid, tool-free attachment to smooth surfaces. The ergonomic one-hand operation reduces the need for a second person during lightweight handling tasks and improves accuracy when positioning small parts. Its lightweight construction simplifies transport and storage while the durable suction cup material maintains reliable sealing on non-porous substrates.

Suitable for

• Lifting and positioning small glass panes and mirror pieces
• Handling ceramic tiles and countertop segments during installation
• Moving small household appliances and metal or plastic panels
• Workshop and DIY tasks that require temporary gripping on smooth surfaces

Key specifications

• Rated load capacity: 8 kg
• Suction cup diameter: 70 mm
• Operation: single-handed (one-hand lever)
• Suitable surface: smooth, non-porous (e.g., glass, glazed ceramics, polished metal, certain plastics)
• Design: compact and lightweight for easy handling and storage

How to use

Place the suction cup on a clean, dry and smooth non-porous surface and press down to ensure full contact between the pad and the workpiece. Engage the single-hand lever to create vacuum and confirm the secure hold before lifting or moving the item. Keep the load within the stated 8 kg capacity and avoid impacts or side-loads that could break the vacuum seal. To release, operate the release mechanism or lever as designed to allow air back under the pad and remove the tool.

Recommendations

Ensure surfaces are free of dust, grease and moisture before use for optimal suction. Do not exceed the 8 kg load capacity and avoid using on porous, rough or heavily textured materials. For fragile or critical components, use additional supports or a second operator as needed. Store the suction cup away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to prolong the life of the sealing material.
