Zuignap KWB 179990 dubbel kunststof — KWB dubbele kunststof zuignap (model 179990)

The KWB double plastic suction cup 179990 is a two-headed manual suction tool designed for handling smooth, non-porous flat materials. Each head features a molded plastic housing with a flexible rubber-like pad that forms a vacuum seal on glass, tiles, sheet metal and other even surfaces. The compact, hand-held construction provides a simple way to lift, hold and reposition plates, panes and flat components without drilling or adhesive attachment.

Advantages

The double suction design distributes holding force across two pads, improving stability when moving medium-sized flat items. Lightweight plastic housings reduce overall weight for easier manual handling while the resilient contact pads adapt to slight surface irregularities to maintain grip. The tool requires no power source and installs instantly by pressing the pads to the surface and activating the manual vacuum action, making it convenient for temporary fixing and transport tasks.

How to use

Ensure the contact surface is clean, dry and free of dust, oil or loose debris. Press both suction pads firmly onto the surface so the pads lie flat against the material, then engage the manual vacuum action according to the product's mechanism to establish suction. Verify secure attachment by testing gently before lifting. Keep the load balanced between the two pads while moving the item and place it on a stable support when releasing the suction. Avoid using on rough, porous or uneven surfaces where an adequate seal cannot form.

Recommendations

For safe operation, use the suction cup only within the limitations of its manual design: do not exceed reasonable single-person lifts, avoid sudden jerks or impacts while carrying loads, and periodically inspect the contact pads for wear or damage. Clean pads with mild detergent and water; do not use solvents that could degrade the rubber-like material. Store the tool in a dry environment away from direct sunlight when not in use.
