19-inch rack Triton RMA-15-A68-BAX-N1 met glazen deur, draagvermogen 800 kg

The Triton 19-inch Rack RMA-15-A68-BAX-N1 with glass front door and 800 kg rated load capacity is a freestanding equipment cabinet designed for network, server and AV installations in data centres, server rooms and telecom closets. It provides visible front access through a tempered glass door, a standard 19-inch mounting frame for industry equipment and a sturdy structure intended for consolidated professional IT deployments.

Advantages

This rack combines a transparent front door for visual inspection without opening the cabinet and robust load capacity to support heavy servers and network appliances. The enclosure secures equipment physically while keeping a standard 19-inch mounting rail system for easy installation and reconfiguration. The design supports cable routing and cooling by allowing organized placement of devices, and the glass front permits quick visual checks of indicator lights and status LEDs without interrupting operation.

Suitable for

• Enterprise and small data centres housing rack servers and storage units
• Server rooms and telecom closets for switches, routers and patch panels
• AV equipment installations where visible front access is required
• Equipment consolidation projects that require a stable, high-capacity cabinet

When it may not be suitable

This cabinet may not be suitable for environments that require complete acoustic or light isolation, since the transparent glass front allows visibility and some light transmission. It might also be less appropriate for deployments that demand weatherproof or outdoor-rated enclosures, as it is intended for indoor technical spaces.

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19-inch rack cabinet
• Front door: tempered glass, visible access
• Rated static load capacity: 800 kg
• Mounting: standard 19-inch rails for equipment mounting
• Orientation: freestanding floor cabinet
• Suggested use: network, server, AV equipment

How to use

Place the rack on a level floor and ensure adequate clearance for airflow and cable routing. Install 19-inch equipment onto the mounting rails using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts, distributing weight evenly and placing heavier units near the bottom to maintain stability. Use the glass front door for visual checks of status LEDs; open the door for full access during installation and maintenance. Follow standard safety procedures for grounding and cable management to maintain airflow and prevent overheating.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify internal usable depth and height units required for your equipment
• Confirm cooling and airflow needs for installed devices and plan ventilation or forced cooling if necessary
• Check floor load capacity and space dimensions where the cabinet will be installed
• Ensure compatibility of cable entry options and accessory needs (shelves, PDUs, blanking panels)

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, mount heavy servers low in the cabinet, secure all components with proper fasteners, and implement organized cable management. Regularly inspect through the glass door for indicator lights and schedule preventive maintenance for cooling and power distribution to take full advantage of the rack’s 800 kg load capacity while maintaining equipment accessibility and protection.
