2-weg luidspreker Omnitronic 80710824

The Omnitronic 80710824 is a 2-way loudspeaker designed for wired installations where clear sound reproduction and reliable performance are required. With 50 W RMS nominal power, an impedance of 8 Ω and a sensitivity of 99 dB, this speaker delivers intelligible midrange and extended high frequencies across a frequency response from 90 to 20,000 Hz. Its white finish offers a discreet aesthetic suitable for commercial or domestic environments.

Advantages

The 2-way design separates low/mid and high-frequency drivers to provide balanced tonal response and improved clarity. A sensitivity of 99 dB ensures efficient sound output from moderate amplifier power, while the 8 Ω impedance is compatible with a wide range of amplifiers. The specified frequency range covers speech and music fundamentals up to detailed treble, making the speaker suitable for mixed audio content. The wired connection provides consistent signal transfer without wireless interference.

How to use

Install the speaker according to the mounting options appropriate for the chosen location, ensuring a secure and vibration-free fixing. Connect the loudspeaker to a compatible amplifier or mixer using suitable gauge speaker cable, observing correct polarity for all terminals. Set amplifier output to a low level when first powering up, then increase gain gradually while monitoring for distortion. Position the speaker to provide clear coverage of the listening area and avoid placing it directly against reflective surfaces that may cause unwanted resonances.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the speaker with an amplifier capable of delivering stable power within the 50 W RMS range into an 8 Ω load and use appropriate crossover settings if integrating with subwoofers. Regularly check mounting hardware and cable connections, and avoid exposing the speaker to prolonged moisture or extreme temperatures.
