ACT blauw 2 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Blue 2 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6 patch cable with RJ-45 connectors provides high-speed wired connectivity for network devices. The cable uses AWG#26 conductors, features SSTP/PIMF shielding for reduced interference, and has 50µ gold‑plated contacts for reliable signal transfer. The LSZH jacket limits smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire, making it suitable for confined or public spaces.

Advantages

This CAT6 SFTP patch cable supports up to 10 Gbps data rates over short distances and offers enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to its overall and pair shielding (SSTP/PIMF). Gold‑plated RJ-45 contacts improve connectivity and corrosion resistance, while the LSZH sheath increases safety by emitting minimal toxic gases and smoke when exposed to heat.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home or office networks
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and online gaming
• Installations in public buildings, data centers or enclosed spaces where low-smoke cables are required

Key specifications

• Cable type: SFTP / SSTP (PIMF)
• Category: CAT6
• Cable length: 2 m
• Conductors: AWG#26
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contacts plating: 50 µ gold
• Sheath: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into a switch, router or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. For best performance, avoid tight bends and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources. Use the 2 m length for short runs between nearby devices.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, avoid kinking the cable and maintain bend radii greater than the cable diameter; do not expose the LSZH jacket to open flame. When installing in permanent infrastructure, follow local wiring standards and consider cable management to prevent strain on connectors.
