ACT blauw 5 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Blue 5 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable (model IB5305) is a shielded network cable with RJ45 connectors on both ends, designed for high-speed data transmission in networking setups. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces the release of toxic and corrosive gases in case of fire, making the cable suitable for indoor and poorly ventilated environments while maintaining CAT6A performance over a 5 m length.

Advantages

The SFTP shielding improves resistance to electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, providing stable high-bandwidth connections. The LSZH jacket minimizes smoke and halogen emissions during combustion, increasing safety in confined spaces. RJ45 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with standard network equipment. The 5 m length and blue colour make the cable easy to route and identify in installations.

Suitable for

• Data center patching and server connections
• Office and home network connections
• Environments with limited ventilation (trains, aircraft interiors, enclosed cabinets)
• High-speed Ethernet links requiring CAT6A performance

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector firmly into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks. Use the cable to connect switches, routers, patch panels, servers or networked devices. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid kinking to preserve shielding and signal integrity. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories while maintaining bend radius recommendations for CAT6A.

Recommendations

Use the ACT LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable indoors or in enclosed spaces where reduced smoke and halogen emission is required. Avoid exposing the cable to prolonged direct sunlight or excessive mechanical stress. For best performance, pair with CAT6A-compliant network hardware and keep cable runs within recommended lengths.
