ACT geel 2 meter U/UTP CAT6-patchkabel met trekontlasting en RJ45-stekkers

ACT Yellow 2m U/UTP CAT6 snagless patch cable with gold-plated RJ45 connectors provides a 2 meter connection for high-speed Ethernet links. The cable uses full copper conductors and meets ANSI/TIA568-C2-1 performance requirements; its U/UTP construction reduces interference while the snagless RJ45 boots protect the plug during installation. Compatible with CPR Euroclass: Eca and intended for reliable network connections in home and office environments.

Advantages

The ACT patch cable features full copper conductors for efficient signal transmission and reliable Power over Ethernet (PoE) performance. Compliance with ANSI/TIA568-C2-1 ensures predictable category 6 performance. The snagless design protects the connector clip during routing and the gold-plated RJ45 contacts improve contact quality and corrosion resistance. U/UTP construction reduces external electromagnetic interference.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers and access points
• Structured copper LAN installations in homes and small offices
• Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices such as IP cameras and VoIP phones
• Short to medium horizontal cabling runs up to 2 metres

How to use

Insert one RJ45 connector into the network device (switch, router or patch panel) and the other into the target device. Ensure connectors click into place and avoid sharp bends or kinks to maintain signal integrity. For PoE devices, confirm the connected equipment supports the required PoE standard before powering. Route the cable to prevent mechanical strain on the connectors and secure with cable management accessories if needed.

Recommendations

For best results, use the ACT 2m U/UTP CAT6 patch cable for horizontal links and short device connections where reduced interference and PoE capability are required. Avoid exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight or prolonged mechanical stress to preserve performance.
