ACT grijs 15 meter SFTP CAT6A patchkabel rastnasenvrij met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Grey 15 meter SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed network connections. It uses full copper AWG#26 conductors and features snagless RJ-45 connectors with 50µ gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity and reliable contact over time. The S/FTP construction reduces electromagnetic and crosstalk interference, making the cable suitable for dense or noise-prone installations.

Advantages

SFTP shielding provides improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables. Full copper AWG#26 conductors deliver consistent conductivity and lower attenuation for long runs. Snagless RJ-45 plugs with 50µ gold plating resist corrosion and ensure stable electrical contact. The 15 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices across rooms while the grey jacket blends into typical office and data center environments.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections up to CAT6A standards
• Office networks and data center patching
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference
• Connecting switches, routers, servers, and workstations

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet port on your network devices (switch, router, server, or PC). Ensure connectors click into place and that the cable is routed without tight bends or excessive strain. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and secure it with cable ties or clips to prevent movement and wear.

Recommendations

Use this SFTP CAT6A patch cable for installations requiring reliable Gigabit and 10 Gigabit connectivity over short to medium distances. Inspect connectors periodically and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage.
