ACT grijs 15 meter U/UTP CAT5E patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT IB6015 U/UTP CAT5E patch cable is a 15 meter grey network cable designed for standard Ethernet connections. It features RJ-45 connectors with 50µ gold-plated contacts and full copper AWG#24 conductors, meeting CAT5E requirements for reliable data transmission up to 100 MHz. The sheath is PVC and the cable is 100% tested with ACT specifications verified by an independent third-party certification institute.

Advantages

Full copper AWG#24 conductors provide stable signal transmission and reduced attenuation; 50µ gold-plated RJ-45 contacts offer corrosion resistance and consistent contact quality. The cable is 100% tested and its specifications are independently certified, ensuring conformity with ACT CAT5E standards. The 15 m length and neutral grey (RAL 7045) colour support flexible and professional network installations.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in home networks
• Office LAN links between switches, routers and end devices
• Structured cabling where CAT5E performance up to 100 MHz is required
• Temporary or permanent patching in server rooms and communication cabinets

Key specifications

• Model: ACT IB6015
• Category: U/UTP CAT5E patch cable
• Length: 15 m
• Conductors: Full copper AWG#24
• Contacts: 50µ gold-plated RJ-45
• Bandwidth: 100 MHz
• Sheath material: PVC
• Colour: Grey (RAL 7045)
• Testing: 100% tested; specifications verified by independent 3rd party

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to a network port on your switch, router or computer and the other plug to the corresponding port on the destination device. Route the 15 m cable to avoid tight bends and sources of electromagnetic interference. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management such as cable ties or trunking to maintain bend radius and prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the U/UTP CAT5E cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and keep separation from strong electromagnetic sources. Use this cable for standard Ethernet speeds supported by CAT5E cabling and consider upgrading to higher categories for demanding Gigabit or higher-density installations if required.
