ACT groen 5 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Green 5 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable with RJ45 connectors provides high-speed wired connectivity with S/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket limits smoke and toxic gas emission in the event of fire, and the cable complies with CPR Euroclass Eca. The cable is 5 m long, terminated with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and comes in green colour.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction offers improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded cables. The LSZH jacket reduces the release of halogenated gases and smoke during combustion, making the cable more suitable for enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces. CAT6A specification supports higher data rates and is suitable for demanding network applications.

Suitable for

• Data centre and server room patching
• Office and workstation network connections
• Home networks and media streaming setups
• Use in enclosed or poorly ventilated environments (aircraft interiors, trains, vehicles)

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Type: SFTP CAT6A patch cable
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), CPR Euroclass Eca
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Colour: Green

How to use

Plug the RJ45 connector at each end into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your network devices (switch, router, patch panel, computer). Ensure connectors are fully inserted and locked. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable management accessories without compressing the jacket.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable within recommended bend radius limits, avoid running parallel and in close proximity to high-voltage power lines, and test links with a certified network tester after installation. Choose LSZH cables for installations where reduced smoke and halogen emission is required.
