ACT Ivory 7 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Ivory 7 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable provides high-performance wired connectivity with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed to Cat6a standards, the cable supports data rates up to 10 Gbps over suitable distances and includes S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket lowers the risk of toxic gas emission in case of fire, making it appropriate for indoor installations where reduced smoke and halogen-free materials are required.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction offers enhanced protection against crosstalk and external interference while maintaining Cat6a performance for high-speed Ethernet. The LSZH jacket improves safety in poorly ventilated or enclosed spaces by producing less smoke and no halogen-containing gases in the event of combustion. RJ-45 terminations on both ends ensure compatibility with standard networking equipment, and the 7 m length provides flexibility for home or office patching needs.

Suitable for

• Patch connections between switches, patch panels and devices in offices
• Home network setups requiring high-speed Ethernet
• Environments where low smoke and zero halogen materials are preferred (e.g., aircraft, trains, vehicles, enclosed rooms)

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the appropriate Ethernet port on network devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or computers. Route the cable without tight bends or excessive pulling to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For best performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep connections fully seated in the ports.

Recommendations

Use the ACT LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable for indoor structured cabling and patching where reduced smoke and halogen-free materials are required. Verify compatibility with your network equipment and maintain installation practices that protect cable shielding and connectors.
