ACT rood 20 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6 patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT SFTP CAT6 patch cable in red, 20 meters long, is a shielded Ethernet cable with RJ45 connectors designed for high-speed data transmission. Made with LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer material, it reduces smoke and toxic fumes in the event of fire, making it suitable for indoor installations where safety and low emissions are required. This CAT6 cable supports gigabit Ethernet and is compatible with a wide range of network and telecommunication applications.

Advantages

This SFTP CAT6 cable provides shielding for improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, ensuring reliable signal integrity for 10/100/1000 Mbps networks. The 20 m length offers installation flexibility while the red jacket makes cable identification easier in crowded cable runs. LSZH construction reduces hazardous smoke and gases compared with standard PVC jackets.

Suitable for

• Ethernet networks (10/100/1000 Mbps)
• xDSL and telephony connections
• ISDN and T1 links
• 155/622/633 Mbps ATM and 100 VG AnyLAN
• Broadband video (up to 550 MHz) and serial applications
• Indoor office and home network installations requiring low-smoke cable

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to a network device such as a switch, router or network interface card and the other end to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and locked to maintain stable connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; secure with cable ties or management accessories as needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this SFTP CAT6 cable for gigabit Ethernet and shielded environments. Avoid tight bending radii, keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines, and verify connector terminations if experiencing signal issues.
