ACT roze 7,00 meter SFTP CAT6A patchkabel snagless met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Pink 7.00 meter SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a 7 m network cable designed for high-speed data connections in structured cabling and patching environments. It features RJ-45 connectors with a snagless design and gold-plated contacts to maintain reliable signal transfer. The S/FTP (shielded foil twisted pair) construction reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable performance for demanding network applications.

Advantages

This SFTP CAT6A patch cable provides improved shielding compared with unshielded alternatives, helping to maintain signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. The gold-plated contacts offer durable corrosion resistance and consistent conductivity, while the snagless RJ-45 boots protect the connector clip during installation and removal. The 7 m length offers flexibility for rack-to-desk or equipment-to-switch connections without excess slack.

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on a switch, router, patch panel or wall jack. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the clip engages. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and areas of mechanical stress; maintain bend radii appropriate for Ethernet cabling and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines where possible. For installations in shielded environments, verify proper grounding of connected equipment to benefit from the cable's S/FTP shielding.

Recommendations

For reliable CAT6A performance, avoid kinking the cable and keep bend radius greater than four times the cable diameter. Use cable management accessories to secure runs and minimize strain on connectors. When deploying in facilities with significant electromagnetic interference, pair this S/FTP cable with properly grounded shielded equipment to maximize noise reduction.
