ACT Zwart 0,25 meter U/FTP CAT6A LSZH Slimline-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers 90° haaks omlaag naar recht

ACT CAT6A U/FTP LSZH slimline patch cable, 0.25 m, designed for high-speed 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in confined spaces. The cable has a reduced outer diameter of 3.8 mm and a smaller bend radius compared with standard CAT6A cords, improving airflow in server racks and network cabinets. One end features a straight RJ45 plug and the other a 90° angled (down) RJ45 plug. The LSZH jacket limits toxic smoke in case of fire, and the cable uses full copper 32AWG conductors with 50 µ gold-plated RJ45 contacts, meeting international standards.

Advantages

The slimline construction reduces cable diameter and bend radius, which helps maintain airflow and manage space in dense rack or cabinet installations. Shielded U/FTP design and full copper conductors support reliable 10 Gigabit performance, while 50 µ gold-plated contacts improve long-term contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The LSZH jacket reduces the risk of hazardous smoke and halogen emissions in fault or fire conditions.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This 0.25 m slimline patch cable is intended for short connections; it is not suitable where longer reach is required. In unshielded network environments that do not require pair shielding, an unshielded cable may be a simpler option.

How to use

Connect the straight RJ45 plug to the device or switch port and the 90° angled (down) RJ45 plug to the patch panel or rear port where clearance is limited. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the slimline cable along rack pathways without sharp bends; respect the smaller bend radius compared with thicker cables to maintain signal integrity and avoid damage.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

Use the slimline ACT CAT6A U/FTP LSZH cable for dense rack layouts and short device interconnects; avoid excessive bending and keep the cable path tidy to preserve airflow and signal performance.
