ACT Zwart 0,5 meter U/UTP CAT6A LSZH Slimline patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers 90° haaks omlaag naar recht

ACT Black 0.5m RJ45 Cat6a U/UTP Black is a slimline Cat6A patch cable with a 0.5 m length, straight-to-90° down angled RJ45 termination and a black LSZH jacket. The cable uses full copper 28AWG conductors, 50 µ gold-plated RJ45 contacts and complies with ANSI/TIA-568.2-D, providing Cat6A performance in a smaller diameter design that improves airflow in racks and cabinets.

Advantages

The slimline 3.6 mm diameter reduces cable bulk compared with standard Cat6A patch cords, allowing a smaller bend radius and improved airflow in server racks and network cabinets. The combination of a straight connector and a 90° down angled connector enables neat routing and space-saving behind equipment. The LSZH jacket lowers the risk of toxic gas emission in case of fire, and gold-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transmission.

Suitable for

• High-density server racks and network cabinets
• Patch panels and switch connections in space-constrained installations
• Cabling behind equipment where reduced bend radius is required

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Category: Cat6A (ANSI/TIA-568.2-D)
• Cable type: U/UTP slimline, straight-through
• Conductor: Solid copper, 28 AWG
• Connectors: RJ45 straight to RJ45 90° down
• Contacts: 50 µ gold-plated
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect the straight RJ45 end to the port on your patch panel, switch or device and route the 90° down angled end to the equipment or outlet in confined spaces. Ensure the cable is not excessively bent beyond the specified bend radius and avoid sharp kinks. For best performance, keep cable runs short and separated from strong electromagnetic noise sources.

Recommendations

Use this slimline Cat6A U/UTP patch cable for short patch connections (e.g., 0.5 m) in high-density environments such as data centers or network cabinets where space and airflow are critical. For longer runs, select appropriate in-wall or horizontal cabling that meets installation standards.
