ACT zwart 30 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel zonder trekontlasting met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Black 30 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a 30 m network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, gold-plated contacts and S/FTP shielding. The cable jacket is made of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material to reduce the release of toxic gases and dense smoke in case of fire or overheating, making it suitable for use in confined or poorly ventilated spaces. The cable is designed for high-speed data transfer and reliable connectivity in networking environments.

Advantages

LSZH jacket reduces the risk of high concentrations of toxic gases and dense smoke compared with traditional PVC sheathing. S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts ensure secure connections and consistent signal transmission over the 30 m length. The CAT6A specification supports high-speed network applications.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in offices, server rooms and data centres
• Environments with limited ventilation such as trains, aircraft interiors and vehicles
• High-speed Ethernet links (CAT6A) and applications requiring reduced interference
• Temporary or permanent network connections up to 30 m

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end of the patch cable to the network device (switch, router, patch panel or NIC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain recommended bend radius for CAT6A cables. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories and avoid running parallel to strong power lines to minimize interference.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable in poorly ventilated or enclosed spaces where reduced smoke and halogen emissions are important. For best performance, pair with CAT6A-compliant equipment and avoid excessive bending, kinking or tensile stress. Regularly inspect connectors and replace if contacts or the jacket show damage.
