Active mini DisplayPort 1.4 naar HDMI-adapter DeLOCK 66570

This adapter by DELOCK allows connecting an HDMI monitor to a device with a free mini DisplayPort. It performs an active conversion and supports up to 4K Ultra HD at 60 Hz with HDR, while remaining backward compatible with Full HD 1080p. The compact adapter includes a 0.2 m cable and combines a Mini DisplayPort plug with a standard HDMI Type A output in a grey and black housing.

Advantages

The active mini DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI adapter provides reliable signal conversion for systems and graphics cards that do not output DP++ signals. It supports 4K@60 Hz and HDR for high-resolution video, offers backward compatibility with 1080p displays, and comes with a short 0.2 m cable for neat, space-saving connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or PCs with mini DisplayPort to HDMI monitors or TVs
• Driving 4K@60 Hz displays with HDR-capable sources
• Using with graphics cards that require active conversion (non-DP++)
• Compact setups where a short adapter cable is preferred

How to use

Insert the Mini DisplayPort plug into the device's mini DisplayPort output and connect the HDMI Type A end to the HDMI input of the monitor or TV. Power on both devices and select the correct HDMI input on the display. The adapter handles active conversion automatically; no driver installation is required in most cases. Verify the display settings on the source device to enable 4K@60 Hz and HDR if supported.

Recommendations

For best results, use high-quality HDMI cables on the display side and confirm that the source device and display support 4K@60 Hz and HDR. If the image does not appear, check the mini DisplayPort output mode and try reconnecting both ends.
