All-in-One CPU-waterkoeling THERMALTAKE TH240-S V3 ARGB Sync Snow Edition, 240 mm-radiator

THERMALTAKE TH240-S V3 ARGB Sync Snow Edition is an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with a 240mm radiator designed for desktop processors. The factory-sealed loop delivers closed-loop liquid cooling in a compact form factor, combining a low-profile pump-head, ARGB illumination and a dual-fan 240mm radiator for improved heat dissipation in gaming and workstation systems. The Snow Edition finishes and white components suit light-themed builds while enabling ARGB synchronization with compatible motherboards for coordinated lighting effects.

Advantages

The THERMALTAKE TH240-S V3 Snow Edition offers efficient thermal transfer through a pre-filled, maintenance-free loop and a high-density 240mm radiator that increases surface area for cooling. Addressable RGB lighting in the pump-head and fans supports motherboard sync standards, allowing unified lighting control. The compact pump assembly and included mounting hardware simplify installation in typical mid-tower and full-tower enclosures, while white components minimize visible color contrast for clean system aesthetics.

Suitable for

• Cooling mainstream and high-performance desktop CPUs in gaming rigs
• Workstation builds requiring sustained thermal management under load
• PC builds with white or light-themed aesthetics and ARGB lighting
• Systems where compact AIO solutions are preferred over large air coolers

Key specifications

• Radiator size: 240mm dual-fan configuration
• Cooling type: Closed-loop liquid cooling (factory-sealed)
• Lighting: Addressable RGB (ARGB) on pump-head and fans, motherboard sync compatible
• Fans: Two PWM-controlled fans for variable speed control
• Compatibility: Designed for standard desktop CPU sockets (refer to motherboard/case for fitment)
• Finish: Snow/white components for light-themed builds

How to use

Install the radiator and fans into a compatible case mounting position (top or front) following the case and cooler mounting instructions. Mount the pump-head onto the CPU using the supplied mounting brackets and thermal interface material, ensuring even pressure and secure attachment. Connect the fan PWM headers and ARGB headers to the motherboard or to compatible controllers to enable speed control and lighting synchronization. Power the pump according to the included guide and confirm proper fan operation and coolant circulation before applying extended CPU load.

Recommendations

Use the TH240-S V3 ARGB Sync Snow Edition in cases that support 240mm radiator mounting and verify clearance for memory modules and VRM heatsinks. For optimal performance, enable PWM fan control in BIOS or motherboard software and synchronize ARGB through supported motherboard RGB utilities. Periodically check that fans are unobstructed and that airflow direction aligns with case ventilation to maintain efficient heat dissipation.
