Antenne DELOCK 90761 — 2,4 GHz gerichte WiFi N-antenne 8 dBi met N-stekker en 50 cm RG-58 kabel, wit, buiten

The DELOCK 90761 directional WiFi antenna is designed for 2.4 GHz wireless networks and provides 8 dBi gain to extend signal reach and concentrate radio power in a specific direction. Housed in a white weather-resistant enclosure, the antenna includes an integrated 50 cm RG-58 coaxial cable terminated with an N male connector for direct connection to compatible routers, access points or external wireless devices. Its directional pattern improves link stability and helps overcome interference in point-to-point or targeted coverage scenarios.

Advantages

This outdoor antenna offers a focused radiation pattern with 8 dBi gain to increase effective range and signal strength in the intended direction. The built-in RG-58 cable simplifies installation by eliminating the need for additional adapters, while the N male connector provides a secure, low-loss connection to equipment with N female ports. The white housing is weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor mounting, providing a practical solution for extending 2.4 GHz coverage without complex external cabling.

How to use

Mount the antenna on a suitable outdoor or near-window location aimed toward the target coverage area. Connect the integrated RG-58 cable with the N male connector to the N female port of the router, access point or wireless device. After securing the antenna mechanically and sealing any outdoor connections as needed, adjust the antenna orientation while monitoring signal strength or throughput until the best link quality is achieved. Ensure the antenna and cable are not under tension and are fixed to prevent movement in wind.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, place the antenna as high and unobstructed as possible with a clear line of sight toward the target location. Use weatherproofing at the connection point and avoid sharp bends in the RG-58 cable to reduce signal loss. Verify device compatibility with an N female connector and consider grounding the mounting structure in exposed outdoor installations.
