Avigilon H5A - IP-beveiligingscamera - buiten - bedraad - UL - cUL - CE - Reach (SVHC) - RCM - EAC - BIS - KC - plafond/muur - wit

The Avigilon 5.0C-H5A-DO2 stands apart from typical outdoor IP cameras by combining a high-detail 5MP sensor with a motorized varifocal lens, robust IK10 vandal resistance, and built-in infrared illumination—all in a discreet dome housing. Unlike fixed-lens competitors, its remote zoom and focus adjustments eliminate the need for manual tweaking on a ladder, while edge storage via microSD ensures footage is captured even if the network drops.

Highlights

• 5MP resolution (2592 x 1944) for sharp identification of faces and license plates
• Motorized varifocal lens with remote zoom and focus—no hands-on adjustment needed
• IP66/IP67 weatherproof and IK10 vandal-resistant for demanding outdoor environments
• Built-in IR LEDs provide clear night vision up to 30 meters
• PoE (802.3af/at) simplifies installation with a single cable for power and data
• Onboard microSD slot supports edge storage for redundancy and local recording
• Integrated microphone captures audio to complement video evidence

In daily use

Mount this dome on a ceiling or wall and connect it to your PoE switch—the camera automatically negotiates power and network. Use Avigilon's software to remotely adjust the field of view from 30° to 100°, eliminating the need for physical access. During the day, the 5MP sensor delivers crisp, colour images with H.264, H.265, or MJPEG compression to balance quality and bandwidth. At night, the infrared LEDs activate automatically, providing monochrome illumination up to 30 meters. The built-in microphone adds an audio dimension for situational awareness, while the microSD card (up to 256GB) records continuously or on event, ensuring evidence is preserved even during network outages. The camera operates reliably in temperatures from -30°C to 60°C, making it suitable for most climates.
