Backplate BitsPower X-TEND active voor RTX 4090 FE — acryl afwerking (BP-VG4090FE-BKP)

BitsPower X-TEND active backplate for RTX 4090 FE — acrylic finish is a model-specific accessory designed to mount directly onto Founders Edition RTX 4090 graphics cards. It serves as a structural reinforcement and integrates with the GPU’s cooling layout to help maintain board rigidity and support heavy cooling components. The acrylic finish delivers a clear, smooth surface that complements custom builds while matching the FE form factor and mounting points for a precise fit.

Advantages

The backplate provides added structural support to reduce PCB flex and sag when large coolers or heavy components are installed. It is engineered to align with the RTX 4090 FE mounting pattern, ensuring stable attachment and proper clearance for adjacent components. The acrylic finish offers a visually clean surface that is easy to integrate into tempered-glass cases and water-cooling loops. Designed to work with the card’s cooling layout, the backplate contributes to a tidy build and organized airflow path.

Suitable for

• Custom high-end desktop PC builds using Founders Edition RTX 4090
• Systems with heavy air or hybrid/water cooling where extra board support is needed
• Showcase or tempered-glass cases requiring a neat visual appearance
• Users installing aftermarket cooling brackets or large GPUs prone to sag

Key specifications

• Material: acrylic finish on a reinforced plate designed for structural support
• Compatibility: RTX 4090 Founders Edition form factor and model-specific mounting points
• Function: active backplate integrating with GPU cooling layout to assist heat management and support
• Fit: precise alignment for FE card mounting holes and component clearance
• Finish: clear/smooth acrylic surface suitable for visible build areas

How to use

Align the backplate with the RTX 4090 FE mounting holes and secure it following the manufacturer’s mounting points. Ensure the card is powered down and removed from the system before installation. Use the original or provided screws and avoid over-tightening to prevent stress on the PCB. Confirm that any attached cooling components, such as water blocks or bracket adapters, remain correctly seated and that the backplate does not interfere with adjacent slots or case panels.

Recommendations

Install the backplate as part of a complete build procedure, checking clearance in your case and compatibility with fitted cooling solutions. Regularly inspect screw tightness and contact points after initial installation and during maintenance to maintain proper support and avoid undue stress on the graphics card.
