The KAISER round baking mold (28 cm, 1.9 L, black) is a durable pan designed for oven baking of cakes, tarts and other baked goods. Its round shape and medium capacity make it suitable for family-sized portions and a range of recipes from sponge cakes to quiches. The black surface gives a contemporary look and aids in even browning during baking.

Advantages

This baking mold combines a stable round form with a capacity of 1.9 liters, allowing consistent results across a variety of recipes. The 28 cm diameter provides an even baking area that helps with uniform heat distribution. The dark finish contributes to efficient browning and a modern appearance. Constructed from durable materials, the mold resists deformation and maintains shape under regular oven temperatures, ensuring repeatable bake quality.

• Preparing tarts, quiches and savory pies

• Baking breads or sweet loaves with moderate batter volume

Key specifications

• Shape: round
• Diameter: 28 cm
• Capacity: 1.9 liters
• Color: black
• Material: durable oven-safe baking material (rigid construction for stable form)

How to use

Before first use, wash the mold in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Grease the interior or use a baking liner according to the recipe to ensure easy release. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified by your recipe and place the filled mold on a middle rack for even heat exposure. After baking, allow the mold to cool slightly before removing baked goods to avoid breakage. Clean after each use with non-abrasive tools and store in a dry place.

Recommendations

For best results, follow recipe temperatures and times while monitoring browning — the black surface can accelerate crust formation. Use medium oven racks for uniform bake, avoid sudden temperature changes, and allow gradual cooling in the mold to preserve shape and texture.
