Ballongarde ViceVersa 47401

The ViceVersa 47401 Ball whisk is a compact mixing tool made from durable nylon in a bright yellow finish. With overall dimensions of 70 mm width, 70 mm depth and 272 mm height, this whisk is lightweight and easy to maneuver. Its spherical whisking head design improves contact with bowls and pans, allowing efficient incorporation of air into creams, eggs, and sauces while resisting deformation under regular kitchen use.

Advantages

The nylon construction provides heat resistance compared with some plastic utensils and is gentle on non-stick cookware surfaces. The ball-shaped head concentrates whisking motion for faster aeration and smoother textures. Its compact size and single-piece design reduce trapping of food residues and simplify cleaning. The bright yellow color makes the utensil easy to locate in a busy kitchen.

Suitable for

• Whipping cream and egg whites
• Mixing sauces, dressings and batters
• Stirring hot or cold liquids in non-stick pans and bowls
• Everyday kitchen tasks in home and professional settings

Key specifications

• Material: durable nylon
• Color: yellow
• Overall dimensions: 70 mm (W) x 70 mm (D) x 272 mm (H)
• Head shape: ball/spherical whisking head

How to use

Hold the handle comfortably and move the whisk with a rotating or back-and-forth motion to incorporate air into mixtures. Use faster wrist movements for whipping cream or egg whites, and gentler strokes for combining sauces or dressings. The nylon head is suitable for use in non-stick cookware; avoid excessive force on high heat to prolong the tool's life. Clean after use with warm soapy water or place in the upper rack of a dishwasher if the material and construction permit.

Recommendations

For best results, pre-chill mixing bowls when whipping cream or egg whites, and use a steady, controlled motion to achieve desired texture. Inspect the whisk for signs of wear before using on high-heat surfaces and avoid prolonged direct contact with open flames or heating elements.
