Vierkante rasp ViceVersa 46321 RVS geel

The ViceVersa 46321 Box Grater is a four-sided stainless steel kitchen tool with a bright yellow handle designed for everyday food preparation. With overall dimensions of 116 mm width, 116 mm depth and 210 mm height, this grater combines a compact footprint with multiple grating surfaces to process cheese, vegetables, citrus zest and other ingredients. The stainless steel construction and ergonomic handle provide durability and a comfortable grip during extended use.

Advantages

The stainless steel blades retain sharpness and resist corrosion for consistent performance. A rigid frame prevents bending under pressure and supports stable grating on a work surface. The yellow handle is shaped to improve control and reduce hand fatigue while holding the grater in place or turning ingredients against the blades. Multiple grating faces offer coarse, medium and fine shredding as well as slicing, reducing the need for several separate tools.

Suitable for

• Grating hard and semi-hard cheeses
• Shredding vegetables such as carrots, zucchini and cabbage
• Creating fine zest from citrus fruits
• Slicing firm vegetables for salads and garnishes
• Preparing ingredients for soups, sauces and baking

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel body and blades
• Handle: ergonomically shaped yellow handle for improved grip
• Dimensions: 116 mm (width) × 116 mm (depth) × 210 mm (height)
• Design: four-sided box grater with multiple blade types (coarse, medium, fine, slicer)
• Construction: rigid frame for stable use on flat surfaces

How to use

Place the box grater on a stable, flat surface or hold it at an angle with one hand on the handle. Select the grating face appropriate for the desired texture and move the food item evenly along the blade surface using moderate pressure. For safety and consistent results, keep fingers away from the blades and stop grating as the piece being processed becomes small. Clean the grater after each use by rinsing under running water and using a brush to remove trapped particles; dry thoroughly to prevent moisture buildup on the handle and frame.

Recommendations

Use a cutting board or non-slip mat beneath the grater if extra stability is needed. When grating soft cheeses, refrigerate briefly to firm them for cleaner shreds. Periodically inspect the blades and handle for any damage and avoid using excessive force to extend the life of the product.
