Platte rasp ViceVersa 46271 groen

The Flat grater ViceVersa 46271 Green is a compact, flat-style kitchen grater designed for everyday food preparation. Constructed from durable steel with a green finish, the grater measures 410 mm in width, 210 mm in height and 8 mm in depth, providing a broad surface for grating cheese, vegetables, citrus zest and other ingredients. Its flat form and comfortable grip make it easy to hold over a bowl, plate or cutting board for consistent, even results.

Advantages

The steel surface offers reliable sharpness and durability for regular use while the wide 410 mm working area speeds up grating tasks. The low 8 mm thickness keeps the tool lightweight and easy to store in drawers or hang on hooks. The flat profile and ergonomic edge enable steady control and precise grating without complex attachments.

Suitable for

• Grating hard and semi-hard cheeses for pasta, salads and toppings
• Shredding vegetables such as carrots and zucchini for salads or baking
• Zesting citrus fruits for recipes and garnishes
• Preparing small portions of nutmeg or chocolate for desserts

• Overall dimensions: 410 mm (width) × 210 mm (height) × 8 mm (depth)
• Design: flat grater with ergonomic grip edge
• Weight: lightweight, suitable for hand use and storage
• Intended use: manual grating of cheese, vegetables, citrus zest and similar foods

How to use

Hold the grater at the top edge with one hand and place the item to be grated against the steel surface. Use steady downward strokes with moderate pressure so that food passes evenly across the teeth; repeat until you obtain the required amount. For stable operation, position the grater over a bowl, plate or cutting board. After use, rinse under running water and wash with mild detergent; allow to dry completely before storing.

Recommendations

To maintain cutting performance, avoid grating very hard non-food items and dry the grater thoroughly after washing to reduce the chance of surface corrosion. For easier cleaning, rinse immediately after use to prevent food residue from drying on the steel surface.
