GEFU 34631 trommelrasp TRANSFORMA handrasp en spiralensnijder zwart, transparant

Transform everyday prep into a swift, mess-free routine with the GEFU 34631 rotary grater. Unlike ordinary box graters that demand awkward angles and leave piles of shavings on the counter, this manual drum system keeps ingredients contained and lets the blade do the work. A powerful suction base locks the tool to smooth surfaces, so both hands stay free to turn the ergonomic crank and press the integrated food pusher. Three interchangeable drums — fine grating, coarse grating, and slicing — slide in and out without tools, covering everything from hard cheese and nuts to cucumber ribbons and chocolate curls. Built around high-grade stainless steel and Japanese blade steel, it pairs with the optional GEFU TRANSFORMA spiralizer inserts to turn zucchini and carrots into vegetable noodles. All parts are dishwasher safe.

Highlights

• Manual rotary grater with interchangeable drum system: fine, coarse, and slicing
• Powerful suction base holds firmly to smooth worktops for stable one-handed cranking
• Ergonomic handle and integrated food pusher keep fingers safely away from blades
• High-grade stainless steel body with ABS and SAN plastic; Japanese stainless steel blades
• Compatible with GEFU TRANSFORMA spiralizer inserts (sold separately) for vegetable noodles
• Dishwasher safe for effortless cleanup; easy to assemble and disassemble

In daily use

Set the base on a clean, dry surface and press the lever to engage the suction. Choose the drum for the task — fine for Parmesan and garlic, coarse for carrots and semi-hard cheese, slicing for cucumber and radish. Feed ingredients through the top opening and turn the crank; the pusher guides them against the drum without forcing. Because the drums are fully enclosed, shavings fall directly into a bowl or onto a plate, not across the counter. When finished, release the suction, rinse the parts or place them in the dishwasher, and store the compact unit in a drawer. For spiralized vegetables, swap in a TRANSFORMA insert and enjoy curly zucchini, beetroot, or sweet potato strands in salads and stir-fries.
