Barrow G1/4 inch rechte verlengingsaansluiting MF 40, goudafwerking (TNYZ-G40 go)

Barrow G1/4" straight extension fitting MF 40 in gold is a threaded adapter engineered for PC water-cooling systems and fluid assemblies. It provides a male-to-female G1/4" straight extension with an effective 40 mm length, enabling secure thread extension or bridging between components. The fitting is suitable for tight installations where additional thread reach is needed without changing tubing or blocks, and its gold finish offers a metal appearance that matches gold-accented builds.

Advantages

The fitting delivers a stable, leak-resistant connection when installed correctly, maintaining the standard G1/4" thread interface common in water-cooling components. Its 40 mm effective length allows reliable extension of threaded ports while preserving fluid path alignment. The straight male-to-female design simplifies installation and reduces the need for angled adapters. The gold finish provides corrosion resistance typical of plated fittings and integrates visually with gold-themed systems.

Suitable for

• Extending thread reach on radiators, CPU/GPU water blocks and reservoirs
• Bridging gaps between closely spaced components in custom loops
• Replacing short or hard-to-reach fittings without modifying existing tubing
• Use in systems that require consistent G1/4" thread compatibility

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4" male-to-female
• Effective extension length: 40 mm
• Orientation: straight (inline)
• Finish: gold plated/colored metal surface
• Material: metal construction suitable for coolant contact

How to use

Thread the male end into the receiving G1/4" port until hand-tight, then complete installation with a final quarter-turn using an appropriate wrench if necessary. Attach the mating G1/4" female fitting or component to the exposed female end, ensuring any original sealing elements such as O-rings or PTFE tape are present and correctly positioned. Confirm alignment of the fluid path before pressurizing the loop and perform a leak test after filling.

Recommendations

Use a compatible sealing method (factory O-ring or suitable thread sealant) and avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage. Verify material compatibility with your coolant and perform an extended leak test before regular operation, especially in compact or vertically oriented assemblies.
