Barrow adapter 45° G1/4 female-to-female (FBFTWT45-V2 S) zilver

Barrow FBFTWT45-V2 S is a compact 45° angled adapter with G1/4 female-to-female threads in a silver finish, designed for liquid-cooling and custom PC loop assemblies. The adapter changes the orientation of tubing or fittings by 45 degrees while preserving standard G1/4 connections, helping to route hard or soft tubing, avoid obstructions and achieve a neater internal layout in confined spaces.

Advantages

The adapter provides a precise 45° change in fitting direction with female-to-female G1/4 compatibility, enabling consistent thread engagement with common water-cooling components. Its compact form factor and metal construction deliver mechanical stability and predictable alignment in tight mounting areas. The silver finish offers a neutral, corrosion-resistant surface that integrates with a wide range of build styles without adding bulk.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops using G1/4-threaded fittings
• Routing hard tubing or soft tubing around obstacles in small cases
• Connecting pumps, radiators, reservoirs and distribution plates where a 45° change in angle is required
• Upgrading or repairing existing water-cooling assemblies to improve layout cleanliness

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4 female-to-female
• Angle: 45°
• Finish: silver
• Material: metal construction for durability and rigidity
• Form factor: compact, low-profile design suitable for tight spaces

How to use

Install the adapter by hand-threading it between two G1/4 male-threaded fittings or components, ensuring threads are aligned before tightening. Use an appropriate wrench for final tightening to secure the connection without over-torquing; avoid excessive force to prevent thread damage. Verify the orientation provides the desired 45° redirection of tubing or fittings, then pressure-test the loop according to standard liquid-cooling procedures before powering the system.

Recommendations

Confirm compatibility with existing G1/4 components and ensure all sealing surfaces and O‑rings are correctly seated. Tighten progressively and perform a leak test after installation. For best results in tight layouts, plan cable and tube routing before final assembly to maximize flow efficiency and minimize stress on fittings.
