Barrow adapter 90° G1/4 mannelijk naar G1/4 vrouwelijk, roestvrij staal (TDWT90-B01 SS)

Barrow TDWT90-B01 SS is a 90-degree stainless steel adapter that converts a G1/4 male thread to a G1/4 female thread, providing a compact right-angle connection for liquid cooling loops and industrial fittings. The adapter's stainless steel construction offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for installations where space is limited and a secure angular connection between two G1/4 components is required.

Advantages

The stainless steel body provides enhanced durability and resistance to corrosion compared with many brass or plated alternatives. The 90° geometry reduces stress on tubing and hoses in tight layouts and helps route fluid lines cleanly in confined spaces. Machined threads and seating surfaces are designed to form a reliable seal with compatible G1/4 fittings, minimizing the risk of leaks when installed correctly.

Key specifications

• Thread conversion: G1/4 male to G1/4 female
• Angle: 90 degrees
• Material: stainless steel
• Application: liquid cooling and general G1/4 threaded fittings
• Finish: metallic stainless surface resistant to common corrosion

How to use

Ensure both mating G1/4 threads are clean and free of debris before assembly. Hand-start the threads to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to the appropriate torque for metal-to-metal G1/4 connections; use sealing tape or a compatible thread sealant if required by the system design. Position the adapter so the 90° outlet aligns with your routing needs, and verify there is no undue mechanical strain on connected tubing or fittings after installation. Perform a pressure or leak test according to the fluid system's standard procedures.

Recommendations

Use the stainless steel adapter with compatible G1/4 fittings rated for your system's pressure and fluid type. Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage; replace the adapter if visible wear or deformation appears. When used in liquid cooling loops, periodic inspection for tightness and corrosion is advisable.
