Barrow hardtube-fitting 14mm met G1/4

Barrow Hardtube Fitting 14mm with G1/4 is a metal connector designed for 14 mm rigid tubing used in PC liquid cooling loops and custom water-cooling assemblies. The fitting features a G1/4 threaded interface to integrate with standard water-cooling components, and a gold finish for coordinated appearance in visible loop sections. It provides a sealed connection point intended to secure hard tubes and maintain leak resistance in routed coolant runs.

Advantages

The metal construction offers mechanical stability and durability for repeated assembly and disassembly. The G1/4 threaded interface ensures compatibility with a wide range of radiators, blocks, reservoirs and adapters that use the same thread standard. The gold finish resists surface wear and gives a consistent visual match with other gold-accented fittings and components. The design is focused on creating reliable, low-profile joins for 14 mm hard tubing while minimizing the risk of coolant leakage when installed correctly.

Suitable for

• Building or modifying PC custom liquid cooling loops with 14 mm rigid tubing
• Connecting hard tubes to radiators, blocks, reservoirs or distribution plates using G1/4 threads
• Visible loop sections where metallic gold appearance is desired
• Maintenance tasks requiring replacement or upgrade of fittings in an existing cooling circuit

Key specifications

• Compatible tube outer diameter: 14 mm rigid tubing
• Thread type: G1/4 female/male interface (standard water-cooling thread)
• Material: metal construction for structural integrity
• Finish: gold-colored surface treatment
• Intended use: liquid cooling fittings for PC and custom cooling systems

How to use

Before installation, inspect mating threads and the tubing end for cleanliness and absence of burrs. Slide the 14 mm hard tube into the fitting according to the fitting design, and secure the threaded connection to the corresponding G1/4 port on radiators, blocks or reservoirs. Tighten by hand first and then use an appropriate tool to finish tightening to a firm, leak-resistant fit without over-torquing. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test with coolant or suitable test fluid according to system best practices before powering system components.

Recommendations

The fitting is intended for use with 14 mm rigid tubing and standard G1/4 threaded components; use compatible seals or O-rings as required by your cooling loop design, and follow manufacturer guidance for torque limits and leak testing to ensure a secure, long-term connection.
