Bedrade ruimteregelaar TECH ST-294V1 Wit — wandgemonteerde thermostatische regelaar

TECH ST-294V1 White is a wired room controller designed for wall mounting and local temperature control in residential and commercial spaces. The device has a thermostat-style interface that provides direct interaction with heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as part of a building automation setup. As a hardwired controller, it offers stable connectivity and predictable behaviour for environments where wireless signals are unsuitable or integration with a central system requires physical cabling.

Advantages

The wired design ensures reliable communication and uninterrupted control in locations with limited wireless coverage or high interference. A wall-mounted thermostat-style housing provides clear local access to setpoints and modes, making manual adjustments straightforward. The controller is suitable for direct integration into central HVAC systems and building automation networks, supporting consistent temperature regulation and simplified maintenance compared with remote-only devices.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Local temperature control in apartments, houses and offices
• Integration with central HVAC and building automation systems
• Environments where wired, tamper-resistant control is preferred
• Retrofit projects requiring a thermostat-style wall-mounted controller

Key specifications

• Form factor: wall-mounted, thermostat-style controller
• Connection type: wired (hardwired) interface for HVAC integration
• Finish: white housing suitable for residential and commercial interiors
• Primary function: local temperature sensing and setpoint control

How to use

Mount the TECH ST-294V1 on a standard wall surface at a representative room height to ensure accurate temperature measurement. Connect the controller to the HVAC or building automation wiring following the system wiring diagram and electrical safety standards. Use the thermostat-style controls to view and adjust temperature setpoints and operational modes; changes on the local controller update the connected central system according to the integration configuration. Commission the device with the building automation controller or HVAC equipment to verify correct inputs, outputs and control responses before regular operation.

Recommendations

Locate the controller away from direct sunlight, drafts, doors and heat sources to maintain accurate temperature readings. Ensure wiring is performed by a qualified technician and that the device is integrated into the building automation system according to manufacturer and local electrical codes.
