Tech controllers T-4.1 55112 bedrade ruimteregelaar wit

The Tech controllers T-4.1 wired room controller (white) is a wall-mounted device designed for centralized control within building automation systems. It provides a fixed, wired connection for reliable operation and seamless integration with compatible HVAC, lighting, and other room-control systems. The unit is intended for permanent installation in residential and commercial environments where stable networked control is required.

Advantages

The wired design ensures stable communication and reduced interference compared with wireless alternatives, increasing reliability for continuous operation. Compact wall-mount form factor and neutral white finish allow unobtrusive integration into standard interiors. The controller supports straightforward integration with compatible automation controllers and room subsystems, enabling consolidated management of environmental and lighting functions from a single, physically fixed point.

Suitable for

• Fixed room control in homes and apartments
• Office spaces and commercial buildings requiring centralized control
• Integration with HVAC systems for temperature and ventilation management
• Lighting control and scene management in managed environments
• Retrofit or new-build projects where wired reliability is preferred

Key specifications

• Mounting: wall-mounted controller suitable for flush or surface mounting
• Connectivity: wired interface for integration with building automation systems
• Color and finish: white housing designed for discrete interior installation
• Compatibility: designed to work with compatible HVAC and lighting controllers within a wired automation network
• Intended environment: residential and commercial indoor use

How to use

Install the controller in a standard wall box or designated mounting location following local electrical codes and the integration requirements of the building automation system. Connect wiring to the building automation bus or controller terminals according to the system wiring diagram. After wiring and power-up, configure the device within the automation controller’s interface so that functions such as temperature setpoint, fan control, or lighting scenes are mapped to the room controller’s inputs and outputs. Use the device as a fixed control point for local adjustments and centralized automation commands.

Recommendations

Place the controller at a convenient height for users and away from direct heat sources or drafts to ensure accurate sensing and comfortable operation. Verify compatibility with the central automation controller before installation and follow manufacturer guidelines for wiring and commissioning to maintain reliable, long-term performance.
