Suitable for

• Woodworking and carpentry assemblies
• Edge gluing and panel clamping
• Small repairs and hobby projects
• Fixture positioning during assembly and fastening

Key specifications

• Clamping capacity: 250 mm
• Quantity: set of two bar clamps
• Design: bar clamp with ergonomic handle and adjustable jaw
• Material characteristics: corrosion-resistant finish and durable steel components
• Application: manual clamping for woodworking and assembly tasks

How to use

Position the clamp so the jaws straddle the workpiece and the bar extends beyond the clamped area. Slide the adjustable jaw into approximate position, then turn the handle to apply pressure until the workpiece is held securely without deformation. For edge gluing, align boards and apply clamps at regular intervals to ensure even pressure along the joint. Release the clamp by reversing the handle rotation and, if necessary, readjust the jaw position for subsequent operations.

Recommendations

Inspect the clamping faces before use to ensure they are clean and free of debris that could damage workpiece surfaces. Use protective pads when clamping delicate materials to prevent marring. Avoid excessive torque when tightening; apply only the pressure necessary for secure holding.
