BKL Electronic 074292 krimpkous 3:1 zwart 6 mm/2 mm 100 m rol

Electricians and maintenance technicians rely on this heat shrink tubing to insulate and protect wire splices, terminations, and repairs in control panels and automotive harnesses. The black polyolefin sleeve shrinks from 6 mm down to 2 mm when heated, conforming tightly around irregular shapes for a secure, professional finish.

Why choose it

The 3:1 shrink ratio allows the tubing to cover components with significant diameter differences, such as connectors and splices, without losing grip. Its wide operating range makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, and the black colour provides UV protection for long-term exposure.

Ideal use cases

• Insulating electrical connections in automotive and marine wiring
• Bundling and protecting cables in industrial control cabinets
• Repairing damaged insulation on low-voltage cables
• Strain relief for connectors and terminations

Good to know

Heat shrink tubing is not adhesive-lined; for moisture-sealed connections, use a separate adhesive or choose a dual-wall product. The tubing is supplied on a 100 m roll for convenient dispensing and storage.
