BNC-paneelinbouwkoppeling DELOCK 91107 — BNC-bus naar BNC-bus, zwart

DELOCK 91107 is a panel-mount BNC coupler featuring a BNC female socket on both sides with a black finish. It is intended for permanent installation into equipment panels or enclosures to provide a fixed, reliable interface for joining two BNC cables or connecting BNC-terminated devices. The coupler supports typical video, RF and general signal connections where a compact, durable panel interface is required.

Advantages

The coupler's panel-mount design ensures a stable and secure connection point on racks, consoles, or instrument panels without relying on inline adapters. A metal body with black finish offers mechanical robustness and a low-profile appearance suitable for professional and industrial installations. Using a BNC socket on both sides maintains the standard quick-connect bayonet interface common in video and RF cabling, simplifying installation and serviceability.

How to use

Drill or prepare a panel cutout matching the coupler's mounting dimensions, insert the coupler from the front side and secure it according to the panel-mount design (typically with a nut or retaining hardware supplied or standard for this type of connector). Align the BNC sockets with the panel opening so the bayonet coupling is accessible from the exterior. To connect, push a BNC plug into the socket and twist to lock the bayonet; repeat on the opposite side for the second cable or device. Ensure cables are properly terminated and strain relief is applied in the enclosure to avoid mechanical stress on the connector.

Recommendations

For reliable signal integrity, use shielded coaxial cables with proper BNC terminations and avoid excessive bending or pulling at the connector. When installing in outdoor or high-humidity environments, consider sealing the panel interface or using additional environmental protection to prevent corrosion and moisture ingress. Regularly inspect connections for wear in high-usage setups and tighten mounting hardware if any loosening is observed.
