Borstelplaat DELOCK 10 inch kabeldoorvoer borstelstrip gereedschapsloos 1U zwart

The DeLOCK 10" Cable Management Brush Strip is a tool-free 1U panel designed for tidy cable routing in standard 10" network cabinets and server racks. Constructed from metal with integrated nylon brushes and a black finish, it provides a compact 25.4 cm (10") width and fits a 1U mounting space to maintain an organized rack appearance while protecting internal components from dust.

Advantages

This brush panel installs without tools thanks to integrated mounting clips that are pushed outward to lock the panel into the cabinet. The nylon brushes allow cables to be routed from the front to the rear while preventing the ingress of dust and dirt. The metal construction and standard 1U form factor ensure reliable fit and durability in rack environments.

Suitable for

• 10" network cabinets and 19" racks using a 1U space
• Cable management for patch panels, switches and servers
• Environments where dust protection and neat cable entry/exit are required

How to use

Push the integrated mounting clips outward and insert the brush strip into a free 1U opening of a compatible 10" network cabinet or rack until it locks into place. Route network cables through the brush opening from the front to the rear; the nylon bristles will hold and protect the cables while blocking the internal view of the cabinet. To remove, depress the clips and pull the panel out of the rack.

Recommendations

Install the panel in a correctly sized 1U slot and avoid forcing oversized cable bundles through the brush to prevent deformation of the bristles. Periodically inspect and clean the brushes to maintain dust protection and cable guidance.
