Bosch ‎2608644545 cirkelzaagblad 25 cm 1 stuk

The Bosch 2608644545 circular saw blade has a 25 cm diameter and is manufactured with Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) teeth for long-lasting cutting performance. Designed for compatibility with Bosch circular saws and other machines that accept a 25 cm blade, it provides stable operation and consistent kerf width. The blade’s balanced construction and moderate weight support accurate cuts in a range of common materials.

Advantages

The Tungsten Carbide Tipped teeth sustain sharpness longer than standard high-speed steel, reducing the need for frequent sharpening and ensuring repeatable results. The 25 cm diameter delivers a useful cutting depth for many woodworking and general-purpose tasks while the blade’s build offers reduced vibration and improved stability. Its single-pack format is convenient for replacement or spare use without excess packaging.

Suitable for

• Crosscuts and rip cuts in softwood and hardwood
• Panel cutting and sheet materials such as plywood and MDF
• On-site carpentry and general joinery work
• Retrofit or replacement for compatible 25 cm circular saws

• Material of cutting tips: Tungsten carbide (TCT)
• Weight: approximately 700 g
• Packaging: single blade
• Intended use: general woodworking and panel cutting

How to use

Before installation, ensure the saw is disconnected from power. Mount the blade on the arbor following the tool manufacturer’s instructions and verify blade rotation direction matches the saw’s arrow. Tighten the arbor nut to the recommended torque and check blade run-out and guard function prior to operation. Use appropriate feed rates and keep the workpiece supported to avoid pinching. After cutting, allow the blade to cool before handling and perform routine cleaning and inspection to maintain cutting performance.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and appropriate gloves. Match the blade to the material and application—slower feed rates for harder woods and consistent support for thin panels—to extend tool life and preserve cutting quality.
