Bosch GKP 200 CE lijmpistool blauw 500 W

The Bosch GKP 200 CE Hot Glue Gun Blue is a compact electric glue applicator designed for fast, continuous bonding tasks. Featuring a 500 W heating element, the tool delivers a steady glue output of approximately 30 g/min and reaches working temperature within 4 seconds. It accepts glue sticks with a 1.1 cm diameter and runs from AC mains power. The pistol-style housing and compact footprint (approximately 289 mm × 345 mm × 89 mm) make it suitable for workshop benches, craft stations, and light production lines where rapid adhesive application is required.

Advantages

The glue gun combines high power with rapid heat-up time to reduce waiting and increase throughput on repetitive bonding operations. Its consistent output rate supports even bead application while the standard 1.1 cm glue stick diameter ensures compatibility with common adhesive rods. The tool’s compact dimensions and pistol grip allow for controlled handling during extended use, and the mains-powered design provides continuous operation without the need to recharge.

Suitable for

• Crafting and hobby projects including model making and decor assembly
• Quick repairs of household items and small fixtures
• Light production or assembly tasks requiring rapid adhesive application
• Temporary and permanent bonding of materials such as wood, fabric, plastic, and some metals

Key specifications

• Power: 500 W
• Glue output: ~30 g/min
• Heat-up time: ~4 seconds
• Glue stick diameter: 11 mm
• Power source: AC mains
• Approximate dimensions (W × D × H): 289 × 345 × 89 mm

How to use

Insert a compatible 11 mm glue stick into the rear feed, plug the tool into an appropriate AC outlet and allow it to reach operating temperature (approximately 4 seconds). Gently squeeze the trigger or feed mechanism to extrude hot adhesive and apply a continuous bead to the prepared surfaces. Press the bonded parts together promptly while the adhesive is still fluid, then allow sufficient cooling time for the bond to set. Unplug the gun when not in use and allow it to cool before storing or changing glue sticks.

Recommendations

Work on a heat-resistant surface and use protective gloves or tools to avoid contact with hot adhesive. Ensure adequate ventilation when working for extended periods. Use glue sticks compatible with the 11 mm diameter specification and select adhesive types appropriate for the materials being bonded. Regularly clean any dried adhesive from the nozzle after cooling to maintain consistent flow.
