Lijmpistool Steinel Gluematic 3011 FS, 11 mm mondstuk, 200 W

Steinel Gluematic 3011 FS is a 200 W hot glue gun with an 11 mm nozzle intended for fast, continuous bonding tasks. The tool is engineered for quick warm-up and steady adhesive flow using standard 11 mm hot-melt sticks. Its compact form and balanced weight distribution support stable handling for precise application on wood, plastics, textiles and small construction or repair jobs.

Advantages

The glue gun delivers constant output at 200 W power for efficient melting and quick tack development. The 11 mm nozzle enables a reliable bead size suitable for general repairs and crafting. Designed for continuous operation, it maintains a consistent temperature for even flow and reduced clogging. The ergonomic shape and grip improve control during detailed work while the durable heating element ensures long service life under regular use.

Suitable for

• General household repairs and bonding of wood, plastics and textiles
• Crafts, hobby projects and model making
• Small assembly tasks and light-duty construction sealing
• Temporary fixes and mounting of trims, profiles and decorative elements

Key specifications

• Power: 200 W for fast heating and continuous operation
• Nozzle diameter: 11 mm standard nozzle for 11 mm glue sticks
• Heating system: electrically powered ceramic/metal heater for stable temperature (200 W rating)
• Glue stick compatibility: standard solid hot-melt sticks with 11 mm diameter
• Application materials: suitable for wood, many plastics, textiles and common craft materials
• Operation mode: continuous feed with manual trigger control for precise dispensing

How to use

Insert an 11 mm glue stick into the rear feed, plug in the tool and allow it to warm up until the adhesive reaches a fluid state. Squeeze the trigger gently to advance the stick and apply molten glue to one surface, then join the parts within the open time of the adhesive. For thicker beads or faster fill, maintain steady trigger pressure; for fine detail work, use short, controlled squeezes. After use, unplug the gun and allow remaining glue to cool before storage.

Recommendations

Use compatible 11 mm hot-melt sticks formulated for the materials you are bonding. Work on heat-resistant surfaces and use protective gloves if contact with hot adhesive is likely. For plastics that are sensitive to heat, test on a scrap piece first. Keep the nozzle clean and periodically check the feed mechanism to prevent jams.
